Rejitha Jagesh coordinates the department of diabetic education and nutrition. She completed BSc Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics from University of Kerala and is pursuing MSc Dietetics & Food Service Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is involved in general diabetes education and nutritional assessment of patients with diabetes. Her areas of special interest include carbohydrate counting for insulin pump patients, dietary manipulation for weight loss, pediatric nutrition, gestational diabetes and dietary advice in patients undergoing bariatric surgery.

She works closely with diabetes nurses for insulin titration for patients on 3T program.
